  Overall the experience here has always been good. But the past few times I have gone out with family the servers we had were very rude and who were very short with us during the whole time there. I had requested for the smoked wings if the order could be split in half to get wings and drumsticks the order comes out with 1 flat wing. The server then says they did split it up with a tone to his voice like its a bother to him general poor attitude and customer service. I also went to restaurant today to get a $20 gift card drove a far distance in the snow for this person only to get there to be told the system was down. I was very annoyed at this that the fact if your system crashes there is no way in person to get a gift card. Your place should have physical gift cards or something that people can somehow scan put money on for others and not drive that distance for nothing.
