  Solid products. Constantly busy but push out orders in timely and courteous manner. Never had to fix a drink or deal with unprofessional staff.

  Terrible place! Pleasant staff but they have a outrageous turn over rate. Barista's always change and the quality changes with it. Last time I went through the drive thru, the coffee was terrible so I had to go inside. After 4 attempts the coffee was the same as the first one. 10 bucks for 2 coffees, what a waste!
  After about six months of avoiding this Starbucks I attempted it again this morning, another expensive disappointment.. I can recommend the Starbucks in Target on Route 31.. You have to walk in to get your coffee but always consistent
  I hope they do something with their quality !!

  This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks location in the Syracuse area. Not only are they the only ones with a drive-thru, but they are super friendly and always make my drink perfect.
